Cancelation policy

Please note that tours are subject to suitable weather conditions on the day and will not be undertaken on days of high fire danger or during extreme weather events. Tour cancellations based on these factors as well as those related to COVID will be eligible for a refund minus the pre-booking deposit or re-booking at a suitable time.
